Information Management Communication Services IV (IMCS IV) is a multiple award, task order-based contract vehicle. The primary purpose of IMCS IV is to meet the Army’s communication and signal needs with a full range of innovative, world-class support services.

GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is one of the largest, most widely used contract vehicles, providing Federal (as well as state and local) government customers a more streamlined approach to acquiring innovative solutions for complex support service requirements while offering shorter lead times, lower administrative costs, and more flexibility to retain control of their own procurement. It represents a consolidation of several previous Schedules awarded to Abacus for satisfying information technology, cybersecurity, management consulting, and professional engineering needs.
