What attracted you to Abacus?
I started working at Abacus as an intern the summer before college, and the experience made me feel like I was an “adult” for the first time. I was intrigued with how my PM ran the team and learned about the dynamics of working with other professionals. Post college and after working a nonprofit job, I emailed my PM to see if I could come back and she gladly accepted. Soon-to-be 20 years later, I have built relationships and bonds with this team as if they were my second family. I evolved to be a Lead Associate, and I am still walking in the footsteps of my PM from 20+ years ago.
