Under NATIONS II, the Abacus Team will provide a broad range of IT support services to all USCIS end users in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS). Our support includes Service Desk support, Field Services Support, Service Center Services Support, Account Management and Hardware Incident Resolution Support.
