Abacus Technology shall provide any and all operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS Enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. These solutions may be required across the DHS Infrastructure, to include, but not limited to, the following operational areas:
- Data Center,
- Help Desk and Field Support Services (e.g., Desk-side support and LAN Administration),
- Network and Security Operations, and
- Collaboration Services (e.g., E-mail, Voice, and Video Services).
This functional category includes the full range of O&M solutions, from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed service solutions.
F.E. Warren AFB, WY: Supporting the Network Control Center, Base Communications Center, Technical Control Facility/Primary Systems Control Facility, Small Computer Maintenance, Computer Systems Management, Telephone Operations and Maintenance, Base Cable Maintenance, Secure Communications Maintenance, Multimedia, and Administrative Communications.
Kirtland AFB, NM: Providing base-level communications supprt, training, equipment maintenance, and direct customer services, including the entire base's information technology (data) and telephone (voice) backbone, supporting more than 10,000 data and 20,000 voice users at mulitple sites (more than 50 organizations) throughout the base.

AETC: Provide command-wide network and information assurance support for the Network Operations Security Center and Network Control Centers supporting more than 60,000 personnel.
F-15 SPO: Provide information assurance support to 5,000 user. Includes: certification and accreditation, AFCERT implementation/maintenance, LAN/WAN operation, disaster recovery, and security planning.
NOAA: In support of the National Geodetic Survey's need to consistently survery thousands of airports, developed a .NET application that automates all data collection, analysis, verification, calculation, and exchange for the airport aeronautical survey process. It automatically exchanges data with multiple survey instruments in the field, thus improving accuracy by minimizing errors from inaccurate data entry, incomplete surverys, and mistaken observations.
WMATA: Design, develop, and implement a web-based Procurement Information Management System to administer procurements for 8,000 employees at 18 major locations.
- Advisory Support Including Standards, Policies, Processes, Methods, Planning and Project Reviews
Defense Security Service: Program management and process and improvement support including project coordination and tracking, enterprise planning, IT architecture support, configuration management, and risk management.
Department of Veterans Affairs: Supporting the institutionalization of the Enterprise Program Management Office to ensure consolidated IT planning and management, enhace program management training resources, and define and implement best practices and tools for Va.

TakeCOMMtrol: An automated solution supporting the full spectrum of ordering and tracking multi-vendor telecommunication services, maintaining a service inventory, and reconciling CDR data against services.
