| Susan Suskin, a Vice President
with Abacus Technology, has over 20 years of professional consulting
experience, primarily in the areas of computer systems, model development,
database systems, and statistical analysis. Currently, Ms. Suskin
manages the Software Solutions group for Abacus Technology. While
in this position, she has overseen or managed assignments including:
development of web and client/server applications, identification/evaluation
of off-the-shelf software to satisfy business needs, providing software
maintenance and enhancement support, conduct of technical analyses,
assessment of telecommunication needs, and migration of databases
