in the area of software performance engineering and modeling. His
expertise is in bringing information technology to solve complex management
and technical needs in a variety of business domains, including finance,
human resources, and litigation. He has been responsible for several
projects utilizing advanced technologies and techniques, (e.g., Software
Process Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, Information Engineering,
computer systems engineering and simulation), and has led or performed
